If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kintra.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.

• Submit false workout or activity data to gain an unfair advantage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you create and share within Kintra.

By posting content, you grant Kintra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, store, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not infringe the rights of others.
• Does not contain illegal material.
• Complies with these Terms.

Kintra is built around positive encouragement and accountability.

Users must treat others respectfully.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that contain:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Pornographic material
• Violence
• Spam
• Fraudulent activity
• Content that encourages dangerous behaviour

Kintra is a fitness tracking and accountability platform.

Kintra is not:

• A medical device
• A healthcare provider
• A substitute for professional medical advice

You should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme or making significant lifestyle changes.

You use the Service and participate in physical activity at your own risk.

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

Prices are displayed before purchase.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple or Google's policies.

All intellectual property rights relating to Kintra, including:

• Logos
• Branding
• Software
• Designs
• Graphics
• User interface
• Features

remain the property of Kintra or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Your use of Kintra is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• The safety of other users is at risk.
• Required by law.

You may stop using Kintra and delete your account at any time.

We strive to keep Kintra available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kintra and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Kintra during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or £100 if you have not made any purchases, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of Kintra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
